OUR PRODUCT

We source high quality and sustainable oil and butter (extra virgin olive oil, organic virgin coconut oil, sustainable palm oil, organic unrefined shea butter, sweet almond oil and castor oil). All our soap is made with kaolin clay and/or a blend of natural clays with an addition of botanicals from around the world. My soap is made with a blend of essential oil and/or high-quality fragrance oil that are both paraben, phthalate and/or sulfate-free.

We do things a little differently around here to create a soap that is good for the planet and delightful to use. Through the processed of cold-process we eliminate "heating/cooking" the soap and releasing unnecessary carbon dioxide in the air. Cold process soap includes glycerin without wasted heat by relying on natural lye (sodium hydroxide) or other types of alkali to cook the soap from the inside out. This method gives us control over the ingredients use and retain the active benefit of each ingredient and oils. Giving us a lovely creamy lather that penetrates the skin leaving it silky smooth.

However due to this method. Our soap bars takes an average of 4-6 weeks to fully cure before use.

Our artisan soap requires a ton of love and labor from the start to finish. After planning and curating our soap. We cut and cure each bar for 4-6 weeks. Beveling each side to create a beautiful and easy lather for our customer (Rustic edition is kept as is for aesthetic). Our bars are cut into 1 inch (2.54cm) using a multi-wire cutter to insure each bars are evenly cut. Do keep in mind that soap will continue to shrink during the curing process due to the evaporation of water.

Lovely Lather's bar are individually labelled, wrapped and stamped to perfection. Avoiding the use of plastic. We use recycled kraft paper, twine and wax stamp made of Shellac resin made from Lac Beetles (eco-friendly) and a small amount of glue. Each bar is stamped with different type of botanicals base on the season and availabilities. No bar is the same. But each bar is Special.
